I’ve never built a mandolin, but these folks have quite a collection of plans for various instruments. The ones I’ve used were detailed and clear:

Plans I see are for 8 string.

I need A5 10 string.

Btw, what is difference between A1 and A5?

A1 - A4 have oval soundholes. The A5 has F holes. I think the A5 might have a different neck join (which fret) too.

More specific: What is difference in A1-A4?

Would coco be a good wood for these?

This page is a good start for understanding the different A model designations: https://www.mandolincafe.com/archives/gibsona/gibsona.html
