And now....no idea....fretboards or take the risk and Resaw into slices for back and sides.....and end up with 200 headplates?

What else can you do but try and fit the patterns like it looks like you are doing? There is always a certain amount of waste, sucks but alas that's wood.

If you have a market for three piece backs that might make life easier. Guitar back and sides are probably the most lucrative use for that species, but there are other markets for it.

I have the same issue with several huge planks of BRW..
One solution is 3 or 4 piece backs..

Hahahahaha.........for sure no table top
I dislike these river epoxy live edge table tops a bit....just too much these days

No I think I take the risk and resaw it. 4 piece backs always work, and if I can’t get any sides I have to search another piece.... ;)
