So I’m building a new Charvel style guitar I want to look exactly like the one here https://goo.gl/images/9HN5P7, with some email differences.

I’m looking for someone who can do a sunburst exactly like this picture.

I’m also looking for recommendations on the best neck builders who could construct a high quality neck just like the one pictured? The only difference I would want is a reverse fender style headstock instead of the pointed one pictured. Please recommend, if you can, painters and luthiers who would do
great for what I’m trying to build. Thanks!

I could do both of those projects for you..... While I am not in the bulk guitar finishing biz any more I am doing a few one off jobs like this and have time in my schedule.

Most of the builders here can do both of those without a problem. I'd recommend Bryan for the finishing, and Birkonium CNC for the neck, although it would probably be easier to let Brian do both.

Another vote for Brian, but you might be able to source what you want in a neck from Warmoth. Remember that if you are building the body and trying to fit to a neck, YOUR work has to be absolutely perfect - neck pocket, geometry, layout. Also when you say you want a neck "exactly like..." you either need to supply a donor neck to measure or all of the specifications - scale, widths, radii, shape and depth, the exact specifications of the pocket and holes, the frets and inlay and type of truss rod and so on. I have been asked on several builds to duplicate a neck, it really requires a donor.
