Customer brought me a LoPrinzi dreadnaught 70's...to do a neck reset.
Anyone know if it is a dovetail and what type of glue he used?

Don't know for sure but I would offer an educated guess that it's a dove tail.

No harm in "lifting..." the 15th fret, drilling a hole or two in search of the dovetail pocket. If you find one then you know, if not perhaps visit your local vet and ask for an X-ray.

Martin had a strong influence on LoPrinzi so I suspect a dovetail.

mine has a dovetail but......
when removing the neck i discovered it was also bolted on:(
the nut was covered by a slice on the neck block ..
totally invisible
i'd opt for an x-ray.
talked to lo prinzi about it .
his reply was ' yea some do some don't'

Interesting. I've reset 3 LoPrinzi dreds, all DT's, none bolted. Guess I got lucky. They all came off nicely.
