Hello guys,I’m new here, and i want to left you a sample of my work.

Im a custom guitar builder currently based in Germany, also a pickup and electronics maker.




I work mostly with Neodymium magnets and Alnico, with houndwounded wire, for a more “organic” sound, all together with a new estethic conecpt, with wood and fine metals as cover.
I have made some 7 and 8 strings pickups as well as multiscale and bass pickups.

Hi,Sego. I saw your introductory thread, then clicked into this one before responding. I don't know much about making pickups, but yours sure look good to me. They're very attractive. Welcome to the forum. I'll watch for your posts.

Very nice! Those wood covers must be difficult to work so thin.

When using neodymium magnets, do you use them as a direct replacement for alnico and ceramic, or in some other size/configuration? For example, in you "zebra" PAFs, is there a neo bar where the alnico would usually be found?

Very nice sego. Those soapbars are delicious. Is that wood or metal with a patina finish?

And how much do you want for them ?? Lol. Do you have a website?

With Neos you can use it as well as an ceramic or alnico bar, yes, but i prefer to use it in other sizes, lets say in some particular cases one tiny magnet for each pole pieces.
The only thing that you can't do with neos, is use them as pole piece/ polebar. They are so strong that will kill the vibration of the string, affecting directly to your sustain.

In my opinion, they are "the future" of guitar pickups. Currently most of factories/pickup winders aren't using them cause they are a little bit expensive.

Thanks! In the case of the soapbars are Sycamore wood with a poly finish. its a wonderful wood for making this kind of details.
Im working in some kind of metal patina with a "steampunk" aesthetics.

Answering your other question, im currently working on demand, custom built. So you can choose your favorite look, with the convination of magnets, resistence, etc, acording to your taste.
