Just when you think it's realy on top...Craig comes along and pushes it right over the edge!!! Man is that beautiful...now wouldn't something like that be appropriate for Siesta Key? If only I could afford it! Wow Craig! That is spectacular!!

Every type of recon stone, shell, a little abalam (never all that much if I can help it...), and corian and dense enough plastics and metals I can find.

Thanks Guys . It's not finished yet, It still needs some touch up, and more engraving.
This started out as a drawing for Bruce D!! We never got the inlay going, but it then evolved into a possible CNC pattern for an electric guitar company that will for professionalism purposes go un-named. Let's just say we couldn't work things out to both our equal benefit, so I added even more detail to it, and decided to make it my next show guitar. I still need to do the headstock, back of the headstock, and full back of the guitar.
I plan on having it all done for ASIA in June.
Thanks to John Kinnaird, this is going to be a very different electric guitar! We have over $900.00 in woods stashed away for the body, etc..

Yes, it is vaguely familiar, great job Craig. When I was swimming underwater with these Moorish Idols off Maui, I fell in love with the beauty of the sea.

So to bump into someone who does a great job of capturing the alluring beauty is incredible. Anyone going to tropical places where they have fish like Maui, should afford themselves the opportunity to see it through a mask.

Roy O. does this diving stuff for a living, and I bet each dive is excitingly different. Congrats again Craig, keep it up.

Unbelievable!!! That is very beautiful work Craig. Please keep us up to date on the guitar's progression.

Craig--you've done it again. What I am amazed at are your small touches that you throw in-- adding so much realism to the scene. I particularly like that small school of fish off to the rear of the turtle. I bet that was difficult to execute. Very nicely done!

Great work Craig. REally pretty. The detail is perfectly placed and the pearl to pearl joints are soooo tight! Really hard to hide a bad joint there.

And, above all its artistic.

Now to make an electric guitar. Those things have wires and knobs and stuff. I need a good book
