Hello and thanks in advance to anyone for their suggestions or help

I have tried to contact Novax a few times by email (no access to a phone at the moment from Downunder) over the last 3/4 months to purchase a set of CH strings with the 3 tape wound basses for a multiscale neck with no replies at all. Does anyone know if their is a problem contacting this company at present?

A net search only gets me a short scale bass set of D'addarios nylon wrapped suiting up to a 36" scale (perhaps problems with the tape windings using a scale length almost 10" under that) to join with a guit set. Can anyone here put me out of my misery without a gun?
