Hey, somebody wants me to make an elec. solid body dulcimer.
I've been looking for a puppy,
and Seymour makes a little hum-pupper. $160.
There are also some single coil jobs around for about $50.
I think the S.D. would be the best bet, coil splitting and such.
Anyone ever tried one?
I could go to the mando page...

Fender made a Mando-Caster, so look to see what they used. I use a lipstick tube pick up on my solid body Ukes. You could also check out some of the rail style pickups.

Most people use half of a P-Bass pickup.
