I'm trying to repair the electronics to an Ibanez bass guitar with this EQW/C control:



The original issue was that the tuner button did not work. My understanding is that it is supposed to operate just like the phase button - a two position button (up/down, in/out, etc.). The old one would not "click" between the 2 positions and I've gotten 2 different replacements from Ibanez and BOTH of them have the same problem as the "bad" one.

This is the first time I've seen this unit and the owner told me all I know about it. Has anyone seen this or had any experience with this unit?

Edit: I just found out it's a Fishman Sonicore tuner system.

I've found it's not worth trying to fix things like that.
I would replace it.
Contact Fishman.
A friend of mine did,
and they were very helpful.

Thanks, Alan. I have ordered two replacements and both of them have the same issue.
