I have a Dean Biscuit Bridge Chrome Plated Steel body resonator guitar, 14 fret neck. A made in Korea job. Nice maple neck and Grover Tuners. At the 12th fret it is a full 1/2 step sharp when fretted. Using a slide and pressing hard directly over the fret it seems to be a little better but still not correct. Can this intonation problem be corrected by moving the bridge? If so which direction? I'm also considering trying a Quarterman Cone. Will a new cone help correct the intonation? The bridge appears to be in a slot in the biscuit and perhaps it's not moveable.
