Terry...My latest is a Cuban Mahogany and Lutz OLF SJ.

I like it a lot as has everyone who has played it. It has a big sound much like that of a Dred. I'll use the combo on other sizes as well...I really don't think you can go wrong with the combo.

BTW...nice OM!!!

Very Classy OM Terry! Love that clover inlay.
And that Lutz top looks really nice!
That's a fine finish by Adam.
Did you use to do your own finishes Terry?

Terry Great looking OM. Very classical and stylish.

Todd, beautiful guitars as well. They look old, must be the tops which seem tinted.

Really nice guys

John

Beautiful guitar!

I just finished my first guitar with lutz and I am impressed. This is a flamed oregon myrtle guitar but there is something special about the sound of the guitar. I'm beting it was the lutz...

Terry,

Lovely guitar - simple and elegant but very nice!! It's great to have a happy customer and even nicer to get them in the hands of professional players - firstly because they want one of your guitars and secondly because they can give valuable feedback on sound and playability. Well done!!

I really like Shane's Lutz and Lutz/mahogany is a nice combination.I've made a Lutz/Cuban mahogany small jumbo'ish guitar and a guitar-cittern and am currently making a small slothead parlour for one of my daughters in the same wood combination. As JJ and Todd say, these woods work really nicely together both tonally and visually.
