Well, technically, it's my last day of sponsorship here on this wonderful site we all love.
I would like to express a big thanks to Lance and Brock for affording me the opportunity to sell some wood here and serve the OLF family over the last year. I'll still be around selling off some nice woods for a few months, so don't forget me! There are still some really nice woods yet to be advertised, and some great bargains to be had which will be coming down the pike.
On the short list - some killer Tassy Black Acacia, a couple sets of *curly* Tas Tiger Myrtle, some rare Guatemalan Rosewood, and other stuff hanging out in my personal stash.
I might even give a way a set of Brazilian Rosewood toothpicks!

But read into that carefully before you get too excited!

Ahhh...looney to the end am I...

All the Best,

Don

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for helping keep the doors open and the lights on here at the OLF during your sponsorchip. It is most appreciated!

Thanks guys!
Of course I'll still sell off wood on occasion if I run into a supply of really great wood. The wood junkie in me can't resist great wood, but I've now learned how to part with stuff that in the past I could never sell once I had it in my greedy little paws. You should see the set of sapele I just sold! Pained me to sell it, but I have too much...

Don buddy you will NEVER be forgotten by any means.  You are a friend and a very good friend to many of us and a guy who I want to meet as soon as possible.

Of all the many things that you have provided me with the opportunity to try it all has been first class as is your service.

Most importantly, at least to me, you are a very fine man Don and a man who I am very proud to call my friend.

I have also learned a great deal from you and you were always very patient with me and genuinely cared about my own personal success and well being.

It is a sincere honor to know ya my friend and I hold you in the very highest regard.  You have inspired many of us to build and build better and better as a result.  Your assistance was always offered freely, without judgment, and based on a very high degree of personal experience and expertise.  It does not get any better than this.

Many thanks.

Thanks Hesh....kind words to be sure. Not sure I can live up to them, but the sentiment is very appreciated!

Andy, Yeah...too much. over a dozen sets of cocobolo, another dozen or more brazilian, 20+ sets of flamed black acacia, a half dozen or so sets of curly tiger myrtle, a dozen sets of honduran rosewood, 20+ sets of figured sapele, oodles of miscellaneous stuff, tons of mahogany, yadda yadda....you get it. I can't possibly build with it all. Too much? Yes!

Don,

I've really enjoyed moving a few sets of wood from your pile to mine, and I hope to get the opportunity again.

Jim
