I like using Norton 3x in 100, 220 & 320 grits. I can get then all locally but am looking for a source to bulk order then at cheaper prices. Anyone have a source? I haven't found much to beat my local price in google land.

Not sure how much of a price break there will be, but most industrial supply
houses will carry Norton products. I use Grainger and MSC out of
convenience here in Michigan, but they may be different out in California.

Lee Valley sells in bulk, but I'm not sure competitive the prices are.
