So, I have pulled the plug and have decided to travel across the oceans to take Ervins class. Im very excited about it, and wondering: Anybody else here going?

Also, as my planned trip to Missouri this fall got cancelled, I have decided to stay in his shop (very generous of him) and the area for a two or three weeks after the class, and get a chance to see the area, and hopefully some builders and wood dealers in the area...

Well, probably I will take the chance to get som GOOD steak too!!!

Hope to see some of you there!

[/QUOTE] Ervin is a basketball player better known as magic.
Lars must want to make the summer Olympic Team for Sweden.

Good for you Lars, judging from the high quality of work you have displayed at this forum, I would imagine that you stand a better chance than most of actually digesting the feast of information that I understand ES's course will dish out for consideration.

Cheers

Kim

I am going...so noone else has to worry about being the worst builder there...seriously though I am pretty excited.

Adam if you're planning on going, you should decide now, there was only one spot open as of two weeks ago.

Good for you Lars!
i traveled half the world to study lutherie (Israel --> argentina) and last year i intended to go pay Mr.Somogyi a visit but eventually the war over here prevented it.

hopefully i'll get to it sometime soon.

Enjoy and make the most of it!

Udi.

Again...who is Ervin????

Actually you will all have a blast. A fantastic learning experience. He is also
a great guy.

You won't be spoon fed. Ervin makes you think and figure out the answers
to your own questions!!!!!

Probably not this time around, I'm afraid. But it's high on my list of things to do, when time and money allow.
