Beautiful guitar !!!!
Is it for someone?
If so they are lucky !
The back of the head sure is a winner in design!

You should be proud!

Thanks guys, here's a picture of the inlay;

The inlay is a section of a larger vine from a Martin tree of life, not sure who the designer was. I just lifted a section of it because I don't like too much inlay, personal preference. I've done this one several time over the years. Paul Bordeaux inspired the wood shell combo for me. I had him inlay one for me last year or so and naturally it was better.
Here's the same inlay in all shell. Not sure which I like better.

This guitar is leaving for Germany pretty soon.

Jim,

I hate to sound redundant, but, WOW!!!!!!! Gorgeous guitar!!!

Real nice inlay too! The all shell is very beautiful, but, I like the combo little better. For me it adds
a touch realism, and compliments the binding on the fret board very well.

If I may ask, how much time did you have in the inlay?

Robert

At the risk of agreeing with Robert , I like the combo version of the inlay better too.  His comments were exactly what I was thinking.  Very nice, though, both of them.

Beautiful. Pass it over here so I can take it for a spin.
