I pretty much called this one yesterday while chatting Mi Football with some coworkers.
AP State had Everything in the world to play for, and nothing to loose. They -are- very good, and have a resume to back it up.
MI has been lousy defensively for the last 5 or 6 games going back to last year.

No surprise to me.

Awww Hesh. Sorry to hear about the game.

My girlfriend is from Ann Arbor too and she is pretty upset today. But she still put that Michigan shirt on to go out to the bar to watch the other games.

I'm an Aggie fan here, so I've had plenty of practice dealing with all of their loses.

There's still the rest of the season for them. Maybe this will be a wake up call for them to get on the ball and win all the rest.

I fear that Irish eyes will not smile this year. But we both still look forward to the ND-MI game each year!

JJ, what the heck, you mean you're not a Boilermaker, Sheesh!!! Ok, how about a friendly wager when the Irish come into town later this year. Beer, logo gear, wood, humiliating avatar? Remember the Irish beat us last year 35-21.

You're on, John...how about a round of golf wearing the winners logo hat! Pictures are required for proof!

You got it!!!! The Boilermakers better pull off a win because I don't think a ND hat will go over very well on the Purdue course.

Haha, I intentionally didn't start a thread as soon as I saw the news! If it's
any consolation though, it's not like Appalachain state sucks. If there's a
FCS team to lose to, they're the one

At least you guys don't have to deal with Boise, we schedule super weak
schedules to run them, State as your rival. Talk about an irritating year.

Just remember that the "N" on the Nebraska helmet stands for nowledge!

That's like the O and N in Clemson, stands for "Onor and Nowledge"

App State seems to still be on a roll.  48 - 7 over Lenoir Rhyne.

You know what the freakin' crime is? Not being able to watch the Buckeye's play on television.

What a fiasco this TV thing has been.

Things could be worse.

ALL Notre Dame games are televised nation-wide...not something to be proud of this year!
