I know there are several here. Terry is the only name that comes to mind.
Are you all OK? Families and friends ok?
You're all in my thoughts.

I live in the Twin Cities; I'm OK, as is everyone I know. I haven't seen any public identification of victims as yet.

The bridge that fell was on my sister's way to work, she told me that she might have been on the bridge when it went down if she hadn't stopped to do some shopping on her way home from work.

I used to ride under that bridge on my bicycle when I rode to and from my previous job, but that was six years ago.

Charlie Hoffman's shop is very close to the bridge, but I believe he lives very close to his shop, on the same side of the river. Jim Olson's shop is about 15 miles from the bridge.

I hope there both Ok,

I work with a lady whose son is a music director at the University of Minnesota, he
crosses that bridge everyday. She said hes fine and on vacation in California.

What about John Watkins? Anyone hear from him?

Well, he lives about 300 miles to the east in Milwaukee. So I'm doubting he crosses that bridge a lot.

Lance, I know John is okay as he lives in Wisconsin. Not only that but I was talking to him last night about the time the bridge collapsed.

My thoughts are with the people and families affected. It was front page news here in Toronto.

Hey guys, I just heard from Jim O. He and his family are safe as well. His son was on his way to a twins game and got stuck in the post-bridge-break-up traffic about five minutes from the bridge itself.
But good to hear they are safe.

Hi all, I don't post much here, (just an avid reader)but as long as your asking i'm OK. My son was on the bridge 4 hours before the collapse on his way home from work. He was excited as it was his first day on our local fire dept and when he got home we both got called out for a water rescue. The bridge was his first call, we didn't respond to the scene although are boats did.
I should visit J Olsen some day, I hear he is cordial, but i'd hate to bother a busy man. He's only 10 minutes from my house in White Bear Lake
