The little I know about this . The 440 A pitch was standardized in the late 1930's . It is interesting I have a book titled " Harmony " published by the dept of war ( U.S.) in 1939 .Frequencies can be used to manipulate emotions. In the bible David used his lyre to "chase " demons from king Saul , I wonder what tuning he used for that little trick .allegedly the 432A is more aligned with the natural frequencies of creation such as the Schuman resonance of the earth .My personal experience going way back to my childhood ,with the standard tunings , the louder it is played the more irritating I find it to be .

I use my playing in 440 to chase customers away every day......;

Just start playing "Stairway" or better yet hold up Dave's lighter to the folks and then start "Freebird" and out the door they go. "Down by the River" is in drop D and I'm not as fast to get that one started anymore.

When I sing the entire town evacuates..... and Dogs cover their ears. Poor things, I love Dogs!

Is The Padma still online anywhere? I loved watching him build things.
