I couldn't help but notice that the fretboard extension on the guitar that Dan Erlewine repaired was elevated. It appears to not be glued down. Check out near the end of the video as Ryan Adams is inspecting it. What do you think of this?

Hard to tell Steve but I would bet it is a wedge under it necessary from the neck reset.
