...and I got most of The Rain Song down. I love this tune. There's a few more details to learn and my flourishes to develop and add but this is the bulk of it. It's not as hard to play as one might imagine...You just have to use right tuning. On the album Page uses DGCGCD low to high.

Nicely done.
I don't really listen to them much anymore but hearing any Zep tune really takes me back more than any other band I can think of.

i worshipped Zepp as a teen...i was never much for chord books and such, and i never knew the tuning for that one. i just had some fun with it now, thanks! reminded me of the movie The Song Remains The Same, and robert plant pretending to eat the mushroom he finds in the forest during the beginning of that song....

Thanks guys...I'll be polishing this. I'll link to it again if I get it developed more.

Nicely done!

What are playing and recording through? The quality of sound as well as the playing is very nice.

Thanks...that's one of my guitars with a DiMarzio Air Classic and a DiMarzio Air Norton....playing through a Line 6 Pod XT Pro...through a Yamaha console...and then into Sonar X1.

try it with some slapback delay(110-120 millisecond)- i found that, along with reverb, nicely nailed the live versions i've heard....
