Hi. Anyone got any idea what the cost would be to ship from Virginia to Florida? In case. Guitar is a Telecaster. Also, UPS, USPS, or FedEx?

Ouch. But pretty much what I figured. Really couldn't complain about that price; I'd hate to see the cost to ship overseas or out of the country.
And thanks.

UPS has a shipping calculator online - that should tell you.

Thanks. Guess I'll go consult "Brown".

I shipped a guitar and a custom made display case via UPS.
I'm glad I covered the bases.
The guitar and case made it to the town but only the guitar made it
to the recipients house. The case was never found.

Both items were insured and I had the manager of the UPS store inspect them
and prepare them for shipping.

After filing a claim I still had to provide proof of value for the item and I wouldn't say it was
easy collecting the claim. I do believe that having the manager inspect items helped the claim process.

I've never had problems with UPS but it's nice to have your act together when
things go south.

Sometimes you can get by better shipping USPS Parcel Post, takes longer, but is about half the price.
