WHOA Hesh!! You are on a roll over there!!

Awesome guitars my friend! They keep getting better all the time too. WIsh I could play the BRW guitar just to see what a real guitar is supposed to sound like.

Well done!!

Thanks folks!!!

Andy I rarely play at all anymore but I do grab one every several days for maybe 5 minutes or so.  Usually I play the latest in an effort to open it up until I have a new latest.

Waddy thanks bro it was the Monkey Butt powder that you sent me - I was so itchy that I have to build more and keep moving.....

Colin my friend that is a real honor to me to read what you wrote - Thank You!!!!

Anthony good catch my friend - I am accustomed to naming my guitars after former girlfriends..........  It will be tough to get used to having a guitar in my lap named JJ.........

Sorry Ken we posted at the same time - many thanks bro!!!

I just heard one of your fantastic geetars yesterday I think and it sounded fantastic.

You know don't you that I have nothing against d....d......d......d..... (he is really going to say it - hold on)...... dreadnoughts.....  And I never meant to offend anyone with my use of the the "former" spellings for dreadnought.

In fact if you look closely in my guitar rack you will see a duck there too

Hesh, Your brazilian "JJ" is just beautiful! I'm very impressed with this one! I rate it right up there with your Tiger L-00 as your best IMO. Sorry the weather didn't cooperate.I know you wanted to get some great outdoor shots.

Congrats on a wonderful guitar my friend!

Wow! These pics just went in my folder entitled "Guitar Inspiration", if that tells you anything. Super classy. Definitely an inspiration for the two OM's I'm fixing to start!

Another stunning guitar bro! I too love the heel-cap. I think that guitar screams BAAAM!!! without any kind of bling, or maybe, because of its simple elegance... You sure hit this one out of the park and I can't wait to get my dirty hands on 'JJ'...Ah...wait a minute...

Hey...hey...hey!!!

I'm really starting to question my buddies who can only think about "having JJ on their lap"! How about trying to play that thing behind your back!

This is not what I had in mind...as I sit here paging through the latest issue of Playboy magazine!

Hey...how 'bout them Partiots!!!

Hesh, what a wondeful guitar. The BRW looks stunning, along with all the other appointments.

Great job!

While I am proud of my Father's Irish name, my personality is definitely dominated by my Mother's Italian heritage...fair warning!

I may be asking for shoe sizes!!!

Hesh!

Why don't you get somebody to teach you to play "Stairway to Heaven" or "Freebird" or better "Stairway to Freebird"? That way your not hostage to these sissies that won't play in front of a mic!

If I'm ever out in Michigan I'll teach you how to play "Don't Fear the Reaper", I've had a lot of practice recently!

Once again, beautiful work! Stunning back and sides! Your "lap JJ" is a great piece of work!

B.S.
Er.. you better start selling your guitars Bud, or We're going to end up seeing you on Dr. Phil like those house hermits, only you'll be buried in guitars!

Wow, Hesh, I said this in the finish thread, but I'll say it again here. Of all the guitars I've seen on here including the archives, and of all the others I've seen elsewhere, ever...

That guitar has got to be one of, (if not the single) best looking guitars I have ever had the privilege to see. Everything from the arrangement of the back grain, the stealth bindings, the shape and size of the bridge, the termination of the fretboard.

I mean, just wow.

Thanks guys!

Billy - Deal - you can teach me to play "Don't Fear The Reaper" then I will know 3 songs.........

Rich the Koa came from one of our very fine OLF sponsors - Volcano - link at the top of the page.  I bought it in September 2006 while stoned on morphine and sitting in a hospital room with kidney stones.  Now that is dedication.......

Doug you have a sense of humor that I really appreciate.....  and a real canoe attitude.....  Thanks bro!

Dave many thanks my friend but the credit goes to the trees and the wood.  I just try to be very careful not to mess it up.......  I was very fortunate to be able to get this BRW from Brad Goodman.   Thanks again Brad!

Hesh,

You've raised the bar and the inspiration for new builders like me.  Your work is something to aspire to!

Already on the record for loving the BRW, but must say it again, Hesh, you build truly lovely instruments. Kudos. Now I just got to hear them!
