How did you end up with a 58 Gibson archtop? That isn't easy to do. Is there a story? Did you get to measure the DC resistance on both those PUs? I'm guessing they are dog ear P90s or similar? That kinda looks Birdland-like only with a different tail piece. Did the case survive as well as the guitar survived? |

It did not arrive in an original case. Pick up resistance s were 7.47 & 7.68. Didn't write down which was which. |

Brian, I love it. I had a late 50's ES225T, that I picked up for $225 and thought I made a killing when I sold it in 1985 for $400. I remember the 225 having some kind of oddball tailpiece that I did not like, so I got rid of it, but shortly afterward realized I really missed the sound. The 125 looks more conventional.
