Hey, this is a build I've been working on for a bit. A couple pics of my mandolins slipped in too. I also bend with a heated pipe, but I like to get the rough shape first like this. I joined the top with a router and a straight edge. I cut circles and route some rosette channels on my routing table. Balls, didnt go deep enough : ( look at about 4 o'clock Mando I've been slowly working at And what a mess.... Thanks for looking. I'll post back when done if you guys would like. Nils |

Lookin' good! I like your headstock shape. And that's one honker of a tail block! Any particular reason to make it that thick? |

I think its just the angle if the picture. Both blocks are one inch thick, and the tail block is just a tad taller than the heel block. |
