Does anyone know if anyone offers an Ukulele vacuum bridge clamp for sale? I really don't want to have to make one.

I have the vacuum, but prefer 314 test hide glue , grabs quickly and no farting around with the compressor, imo

I tried to post earlier and it was messed up. Anyway, David, I’m sure you would have a plan to build one but here are some details about mine.

5”x7” made from HDPE and Mahogany. The Mahogany is 1/8” and the HDPE is 1/2”. The rubber is from LMI. The connector is from LMI since I use their Venturi. I drilled a small hole in the side of the HDPE that taps into the hole in the top that the connector is threaded into. The foam is 3/4” “medium density” foam from Home Depot.

There is a pic below of it pulling 24lbs mercury.

It fits concert and Tenor ukes. I don’t think it would fit soprano though.

Hope that helps.

Great Info Brad, I ended up ordering an LMI bridge vacuum jig but its too large so now I'll pattern an Uke jig after it which is almost exactly what your looks like. Thanks for the info
