This is my Pear Shape ukulele. This is the eighth one I have built. The sides and back are quarter-sawn cherry. Top is Sitka spruce. The neck is cherry with a maple lamination. Bridge and finger board are walnut.

Thanks for the kinds words. I have another cherry ukulele similar to this nearly completed. The cherry does work nice and sands very smooth. The only drawback might be the little more weight in the neck.

Thanks. I made seven rosettes trying to get one I was satisfied with. This has four regular pieces of maple and four baked pieces of maple.

Hey, that uke is stunning. How does it sound? I have played a Loprinzi tenor made from cherry and it was very nice.

Very nice sound. Love the sustain you've gotten on it. A little Beatles on a little Uke. How cool
