Seeing the Guages people have made got me to thinking that we need a thread for ALL HAND MADE JIGS . So Lets all see whats out there and share our ideas . I will be glad to start with my two Jigs for sawing and gluing .

This Is my Top & Back glue jig for book matching and gluing I have just finished . I slotted one side , permenantly mounted the opposite side and made T blocks and thumb screws for the adjustment . My Jig for sawing is set for a 3/4" angle .

I like it James. Did you cut the buttons or were you able to find something that worked with the eye screws?

the eye screws are standard 5/16-18 screws amd the buttons are standard , they fit very tite . You do have to sand the backs of both buttons so that they fit in each side snuggly and then glue them.
