hi, I bought from a guy a some pickups that he took from his guitars, after replacing their humbuckers. turns out that some of the pickups have the letter "b and n" under them, what I assume means bridge and neck, right? problem is that some of them have the letter "f". what does it mean? the pair with this one has nothing written. thanks |

While it would also be my assumption that "B" would mean bridge position and "N" would mean neck, I would check resistances to be sure they were appropriate for the intended position in the system I was working on. The "F" would refer to pole spacing, Dimarzio has these specs on their site. http://www.dimarzio.com/sites/default/f ... MHBdim.pdf |
