This bass has been a fun build. The buyer wanted an 'ebony & ivory' look. The colors sort of speak for themselves. The finish is satin urethane, so the bass is very pleasing to hold and play. The electronics are fairly complicated, with active / passive, coil taps, treble tone control, mid frequency corner selector, and 12db 3 band EQ. The bass can do a great deal. Enjoy! Stephen |

Looks great, and I like the unstained top. I know staining figured maple tops is very popular these days, but for me, the figure is more dramatic with a clear finish |
