Filippo, stew mac has them, and they say 1 and 3/8" cavity.

Why a 5 way with 2 pick-ups?
I'd mention the Gibson style 3 way lie down model,
but you'd probably get mad at me.

1-Neck
2-Bridge
3-Both
4-Series in phase
5-Series out of phase

Try stew's free way switch.. it's 6 way but whatever.... You could use a bunch Mini switches or slide switches too... I don't know if any of this helps.
