I just listed a bunch of nice(cheap) wood in the classifieds-check it out!

Hi Ian,
You have to sign up for them and pay very small fee in order to access it.-well worth it.

If you go to the Board index,it is the last category.

Filippo,

I don't consider it a "dead spot" because it seems a lot (roughly 75%) of the wood and other stuff gets sold anyway.

If the sponsors could tweak it a little like you suggest (or some other ways) I am sure it would bring that percentage up.

Filippo,

Gotta agree with you on this. I've been considering paying for the Classified section for a while now, but without knowing what exactly I'd be paying for (ie. have an idea of what kind of stuff is being listed), I keep deciding against it. I know it's just 11 bucks, but hey, I just graduated college and I'm still unemployed.

OLF could follow the lead of The Gear Page and do like you said, making it read only for non-subscribers. TGP gets incredible traffic.
