Post subject:  Inserts for wood guitar knobs?

Hey guys,

My guitar builder friend wants me to try making some knobs for him on my CNC Taig mill. He recesses his into his bodies, so he doesn't use set screws. He wants me to find these plastic inserts some people are using. I've also heard them called bushings:

Does anyone know where I can get something like this?

Thanks,

Gotoh might sell the parts but you may have to buy a large amount. For smaller amounts try Hosco.

Good lead! I'll check into that. The Hosco catalog turned out to be an interesting source of information for some dimensions I was missing for other things.

Thanks!
