i started to make a guitar but i had an idea. because i hated putting the frets in i had the idea of making a frettles electric guitar is this posible?

Definable not possible to make.
In fact a fretless guitar is an absolutely impossible thing to made.
Don't even think of it.
It will drive you crazily up the wall.

Now ...
Yes is true...
they claim there are lots of them out there but no matter what they all say and no matter how many pictures you see of them...it is all an illusion ... done with smoke and mirrors.

Please let me reiterate and be perfectly clear in doing so, that
there is no way what so ever at all to make a fretless guitar.

I trust this will clear up this question of yours.

Ned usually uses a Fernandez guitar with their sustainer pickup, and has modified guitars for others with the mirror or glass fingerboard.

You can make it, but don't expect it to play at all like a regular electric. If you're just omitting frets to cut corners, I think you'll likely regret it. You'll be dealing with almost no sustain whatsoever, which will completely change the way it needs to be played and what the instrument is really capable of.
