I am now in a holding pattern as I am waiting on the weather to clear up to paint. Also in the process of designing a new set of pickups for this thing to more closely emulate/modernize my 82' Destroyer. |

This one is standard RG weight. The ABM single bridges and aluminum locking tuners ... simple electronics and poplar keep the weight down. I would hate to have built this out of a heavier wood. Next one will be a shorter scale though... there is a reason Destroyers and Explorers are 24.75 I am about minimalism. No pickup rings... no complicated electronics.
