Hi! I'm coming up on time to finish my first scratch build. I use aerosol lacquers. I spray outside and the guitars usually cure by hanging them in the shed out back for about a month before final sand/buffing.But it will be at least 1-2 weeks before I can start the process, as I would like to mount the bridge and make sure everything lines up well, and I'll have to order it and wait on it's arrival. I have a couple of questions:
How cold can it get at night before I would have to take the guitar in? I know to avoid freezing, but how close to it can I risk?
Also, the other option I have is to go ahead and finish, and mount the bridge after. To do this I would use masking tape on top of the finished guitar to lay everything out. I have done this on guitars before, but never to a month old finish. I am worried about pulling up the finish wih the tape, and anything else unforseen that might arise with this method. I am in Northern Va., and the guitar is a set neck solidbody, already joined.
Which option would you recommend? What are your experiences? Any tips? TIA.

It`s gettin` mighty late in the year, man.
They`re callin` for possible frost this coming up next weekend here in northern Indiana.
I wouldn`t chance it.
BUT, Maybe with an Indian Summer, you might pull it off.
