Post subject:  2 electric ?'s in one

A couple of electrics questions in one here.
On my new build I'm using two humbucks and a single, HB's neck and bridge, single mid, and splitting the HB's. 1 Volume pot and two tones ( I might change one of the tones for an effects pot), with a rotary 5 way switch instead of a toggle.
First question------- For the coil split do I need a 2 way or 3 way switch on each?
Second question-----Anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram for this configuration?
Cheers.

Stevie, poke around Seymour Duncan's site. You might find what you are looking for in the strat section.

That Seymour Site is definitely on favourites now!!!! Thanks. Still not got the configuration I want though, I'll try on their forum.
And yep----bring on the knobs and sticks :D I want to be able to split independently.
One of the probs I'm finding so far is I'm being greedy-----Two HB's AND a single!! So I think it's got to be switches, not push/pull pots ( unless I have one for each pickup, but that's being silly)

Ok, I've decided now-----It's going to be 3 Tone push/pulls, that way each pup'll have a tone too!

Resist the urge to have all sounds come from one guitar - because then you build one, and you're done! No reason to build another! gaah

Wanna bet??? There's ALWAYS an excuse to build another one bliss

Now I'm not too sure whether to go for a 5 way selector, or 3 individual 2 way switches, like my last one idunno . Decisions, decisions!!!!!

I use VSO resizer for Vista. http://www.vso-software.fr/products/image_resizer/

Microsoft has Image Resizer for XP. You'll have to go to the site and search for it.

Cheers Lillian.
Right, I did that, now to see if it works ok.

Yep--it works bliss

Not the best photo, I know, specially now it's made smaller. I'll put another couple up too.
Thinking about it, I may as well just start a new topic on it!
