Post subject:  Les Paul Collector Tom Wittrock: the 1958 1959 & 1960 Burst

Hi folks,

I worked the whole day to get this video edited for you! You are among the first to see it! Enjoy the beauty of these Bursts! I thought it might be interesting to actually see a couple of these babies up close.
I personally found his very last statement in this clip extremely interesting.

I met Tom Wittrock two years ago in Springfield, MO. It was a moment of revelation and a "dream-come-true" for me. 12 bursts in one day...
Tom is probably the most famous Les Paul Standard Burst collector. He is very down to earth and has extremely interesting knowledge to share.
I liked the fact that he does not get into this "Bumble Bee - CTS pots speculation thing" - He says: "The good ones sound still good even when you exchange some parts!"

I will share the footage step by step. Here is Tom talking about the differences between the Les Paul Standard 1958 - 1959 - 1960

I still get a kick out of watching the footage of these beauties.

Have a great evening,

Holger
