I am hoping to join the masses doing guitar bodies-especially LP style. Does anyone have any leads-used, of course? Thanks, Mike T.

Hi Mike,

Let me start by telling you that I have owned many different kinds of duplicators, including a 2,4 and 6 spindle version of the Terraco. I owned dual and single spindle 5 axis Don Allen machines, as well as a custom build copy lathe and a 3 spindle Bacci copy lathe that was carve sand. I now do my work on a cnc and will never go back! Now I am not doing guitars yet, but I am in the process of getting started. I will be glad to pm you my email address if you want to discuss the advantages and or disadvantages of cnc.

Mike
