Greetings all!!

I'm just finishing up a custom guitar and decided to inlay the neck with someone's last name, I have the pearl cut and the inlay pockets routed. I there any special process for installing the frets that will intersect the Mother of Pearl? Any advice would be great. [:Y:]

Thanks in advance

Re-cut the fret slots through the pearl and bevel the edges of the pearl itself. I always do a slight beveled egdge on fret slots (the die process rarely leaves a perfect 90% angle), but do more bevel on the pearly bits.
