Hey guys,
I know many of you arnt too into heavy metal guitars, but I figured, this one has the aesthetics of both aggressive looks and elegant woods.

That's beautiful.
Amazing work!
And it's awesome that you put EMGs in it, they're my favourite pickups :D
I put EMGs in my custom guitar also :)

Stunning - I like every choice you have made here. Kudos for the cool headstock, too.

Thanks guys! Sorry, I diddtn even add any specs.
The body is White limba, with a Bookmatched bubinga veneer on the front.
The neck is walnut and maple, and the headcap is also veneered with bubinga.
25" scale, 24 XJ frets. 2 volumes, no tone, 3 way toggle.
body is 1 3/8" thick, and only weighs 6lbs!
Finish is House of Kolor 2k Urethane.

Really nice explorer - I've been thinking about building one. I really like your headstock design!

Thanks again.
I must admit though, this headstock design is not mine. It belongs to Ken Lawrence. If you dont know who he is, just google "Ken Lawrence Explorer" and you will see. He sells them for like $6K. this guitar is almost an exact replica of one, minus the great inlay work.
