Post subject:  Newbie
Hello everyone I am excited about this website. I play but have always had an interest in woodworking and building a guitar. I started small with a ukele kit from Grizzly. I recently bought an electric solid body from Grizzly. I realize there isn't a lot about building I will learn, but I will learn about finishing. I plan on putting a 2 color burst, amber and red on this guitar. I have finished furniture and built furniture, but I realize this is a lot different. It is just a hobby for me. I appreciate all of the good info on this site. Everyone seems nice and very knowledgable. Thanks, Sammy

Welcome Sammy,
Have fun with your first build, as you say, lots of great info here, and folks willing to pitch in when you run into some insidious vexation.....which for me has been often :lol:
