These are great Chris. So many ways to come at a job, and I've got some improvements to my setup in mind after watching your videos. Thanks Mate. |

Thanks Guys. Keep in mind that once you have the intermediate template that you can also produce the original piece by routing with just the 5/16 OD collar. Which is the main purpose to the kit to make an inlay piece and cavity or a Dutchman patch. I've just changed the logic or order to it. To me figuring out how to make jigs is a bit like doing M mathamatical P proofs. I know where I want to go,do or proove, now how do I get there with the tools I have? Same logic and process I think. I'm glad I could help and turn you on to what I think is a pretty over looked and valuable tool. |

Very cool. I can think of several projects where I could use some of these techniques. Thanks for showing, John |

Something strange going on with the software in my last post here. I don't think I type that M and P thing. But none the less thanks. |

Chris, Great stuff! Do you have a source for the plastic you use? I've found similar material at the craft store, but without the grid and in smaller sizes. I'd love to be able to order some online if you have a name and source, I'd be most grateful! Thanks! -Mark |

I'm guessing you are talking about the C-Thru graph chart. It's been a while since I looked at the videos. http://www.stylefeeder.com/i/dp72kzgw/C ... -1-4-Scale Let me know if this is what you are looking for. |
