I am new in this field. Where can I find some CNC data for making a violin (body, neck, and pegs)?

There are no pre-cooked recipes you can plug in to a CNC to make violin plates. You will have to develop tool paths for your machine.

Learning your CNC machine is more like learning a skill like welding than using a 3D printer.

May I recommend that you start by making jigs and small parts until you are comfortable with your machine and know how to generate your own tool paths recipes.
