Hello friends, does anyone (that is a stupid start cause I know someone DOES) know how to convert a Rhino 3dm file into a pdf file? I have a logo I have drawn in Rhino and I want to use to make business cards and other promotional products. Thanks! Shane |

Thanks Anthony, but I don't get pdf as an export option, just all of the cad and drawing file types. |

Shane, what version of Rhino are you using? In Rhino 2014, go under the file drop-down menu, click on "export selected," then under the file name, click the drop-down menu for file type and select pdf. |

Download a program call PrimoPDF. It's free and allows you to print directly from whatever program to a PDF. -Kevin |

Print and then select Adobe PDF under destination. If you don't get that option you'll need a windows PDF print driver. I have Acrobat so it's included in that. There are some free ones but I don't have one to recommend. Search around and try to get one without spyware etc. |

Will Rhino not save to .jpg? Solidworks will...then it could be placed into a Word file and saved then as a .pdf. ...maybe. |

...or you could do a print screen and then create a .jpg in Photoshop....if you have that. |

Rhino can PRINT to an image file (JPG, TIF etc) which would be raster. It can also print either vector or raster to PDF with an appropriate windows print driver. maybe the one Kevin suggests ?. It can also print Vector or Raster to a Microsoft XPS file, the driver for that is free from Microsoft. Not knowing what you are trying to do with the PDF Shane, it's hard to make other than a general suggestion. |

PDF print driver is the way to go for this and all kinds of other things. I use Bullzip PDF printer but there are a bunch of them and they're more or less equivalent. |
