Do spline curves drawn in Rhino get converted to arcs or line segments when imported into VisualMill? I'd prefer arcs but can't seem to get anything but line segments.

The arc filter is usually in the post-processor of your CAD system, so they'll be converted to arcs between toolpathing and G-code generation. The trick is just to make sure your tolerances are such that you don't lose data between conversion from spline to segments and then back to arcs.

Under the "Advanced" tab of most of the machining operations is a "fit arcs to toolpaths" setting or something like that. I've not used it but apparently that will do what you're after I think.
