Chris have you tried offset surface? Make your sides and top or back seperate, then do an offset surface on whichever surfaces you want, hide your originals and do fillet surfaces if you want the inside radiused. Mike |

I don't know Rhino well but I know that in SolidWorks there's a button that "hollows" a part out, you just enter the wall thickness you want. Look in the manual and see if you can find it. |

Offset Curve is the feature you're looking for. Select the curve you want offset, pick an amount and a direction and Bob's your uncle. |
