OK, Jeff, you're going to have to tell us about that first picture. Nelson Edit: Looks like one axis may have a bad hump in it.

Yeah, but I love that hump cause it carved a concave on the back that will fit my belly. Mike Jeff I think there is a rule here that says if this is your first post showing work, you have to post the cad model, gcode an all that stuff!
