Post subject:  TV Monitor for CNC Router

I've been thinking about a closed circuit monitor for the CNC so I can keep an eye on it when I'm in other parts of the "factory".
Any thoughts on a simple inexpensive system? Should it be tied in to the PC network somehow? I'm running Mach3 if that makes any diff.
Thanks
Nelson

How about a remote webcam? This could help you out if you have a laptop that you usually keep nearby..

Look at X-10 "Home Automation" system. I just installed a security system in their shop and it works very well. They have some cool software to link cameras "wirelessly" to you PC or other devices.

I'm just needing a basic low end system something like this.
Looks like I could "see" the downstairs CNC on my upstairs PC.
I can usually tell by the sound what's going on but operations like digitizing don't make much noise.

Or maybe one of these would do the trick?
