Hi
I have the parts for a 36" by 60" cnc router. If anyone is interested, I could post pics and if there is interest, I could put it up on the auction site on this forum. If not I will put it on ebay. I had purchesed the router used from ezcnc.com. It was a rack and pinion machine that I had alot of problems with (it was used) and the owner (who is a very helpfull guy and offers great support of his products) had me send all the motors and control box back and made me a new unit that uses leadscrews. I ended up buying the old parts from him thinking I would convert it to a ballscrew machine, but I just don't have the time. If you look at his products page you can get an idea of the construction. It has a thompson 5 tpi leadscrew for for the z (nema 34 motor mount) and hiwin linear rails on all axes. You will have to supply the screws for the x and y. Don Williams clued me to homeshopcnc.com which has excellent prices on rolled ballscrews. You will also have to supply a stand. There is about 4 to 5 inches of z, depending how thick a spoilboard you use.
Any questions please ask.
Evan
