Hey Chris Don't worry, it'll work out just fine. Just stick a thermometer between the slat and wood, watch it, and unplug/replug the blanket as necessary. |

Myrtle bends really easy and shouldnt take much heat. If you dont have a thermometer, I would try it with just enough heat so that you cant comfortably touch the metal slats. If you spritz it with water, just enough heat to make slight steam is enough. |

Thats how I do it, without the router control. But I use a surge protector to have an easy flip on/off switch, unlugging it will drive you mad. But be careful. |

With a thermometer you should be ok.Good idea to use a surge protector. |

Chris bending without heat control is not biggie. Now heating up without bend controlis a problem...oops wrong forum |
